
The A321NX landed at Noi Bai on the afternoon of November 24th
This is also the second Airbus A321NX of Sun PhuQuoc Airways. Belonging to the latest version of the A321 series, the A321NX features a comprehensively upgraded cabin, with a higher cabin ceiling and larger windows. The air circulation system is equipped with a HEPA filter, helping the cabin air remain fresh and clean, removing up to 99.9% of fine dust and bacteria, creating a spacious, safe, airy, and comfortable environment for all passengers.

Notably, the aircraft uses the new generation LEAP-1A engine, offering superior operational performance: saving up to 20% fuel, reducing CO₂ emissions by 50%, and lowering noise by 75%, providing an exceptionally smooth flying experience.
The new aircraft arrives at a time when the Viet Nam aviation-tourism market is entering its busiest period of the year. The addition of resources helps Sun PhuQuoc Airways proactively increase capacity and ensure stable service quality during the peak season of Christmas, New Year, and especially Tet Nguyen Dan 2026.

New aircraft contribute to increasing capacity during the peak season
Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan, General Director of Sun PhuQuoc Airways, said: “ Receiving the fourth aircraft helps us increase operational capacity at a time when market demand is increasing sharply. This is an important preparation step for the airline to increase frequency and open new routes in 2026 .”
From November 1, 2025, Sun PhuQuoc Airways will officially operate its first three domestic routes: Phu Quoc – Hanoi, Phu Quoc – Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City. The routes recorded stable and gradually increasing load factors, especially on flights to Phu Quoc - a destination entering its best season of the year with many new experiences at Sunset Town such as the commercial street Sunset Bazaar; a famous French bakery – Eric Kayser ; Kiss Square; the lively minishows YumYum show and Beer King show, and especially the show combining light, fireworks, and adventure sports named Ocean Symphony new version.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways is operating its first three domestic routes and is preparing to strongly expand its flight network from 2026.
According to the plan, the airline will expand its flight network from early 2026. From March, the airline will regularly operate the Da Nang - Phu Quoc route and Nha Trang - Phu Quoc. Also in 2026, the airline plans to operate international routes from Phu Quoc to South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, India.
