After 7 months of groundbreaking, many items in the Sun Urban City project, Phu Ly, Ha Nam have clearly taken shape on the construction site. "80% of the Sun Urban City urban inventory for phase 2 was sold out just 2 hours after the sale opened. Looking at the construction progress at the metropolis, we believe that many investors will also be surprised by the construction speed, which is no less than the speed at which they pay," a representative of Sun Group shared.

According to the investor, the contractors mobilized nearly 3,000 workers working in three shifts to keep up with the schedule, and even during Tet, many workers proactively stayed on the construction site to work.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Hop, Deputy Project Director, also said that Sun Urban City Ha Nam exceeded many milestones. For example, the first high-rise building was topped out after more than 4 months of construction.

"During the recent Tet holiday, Ha Nam province also organized fireworks to celebrate the New Year right on the central boulevard. For many months, the project site has been bustling with activity. All workers have strived to work with double or triple productivity to complete the enormous workload, and the project's appearance changes every day," Mr. Nguyen Tien Hop shared.

It is expected that in September, the remaining 7 high-rise apartment buildings and the entire basement of the low-rise area will be completed. According to the investor, by the end of 2025, Sun Urban City will basically complete all low-rise real estate products after more than a year of construction.

Besides, the first Sun World water park in Ha Nam, open 24/7, is also being urgently completed for operation during the April 30 holiday. According to the plan, besides the water park, a series of important items such as the 1.5 km long and 150m wide festival boulevard, the Doi Tam and Long Vu squares, and the Vui Fest market will also operate from April 30, welcoming the summer event series with art shows, exhibitions, large music festivals, weekly fireworks shows... Previously, the water music show on the festival boulevard was launched during Tet.

Low-rise buildings along King Le Canal, which will be the commercial focal point, welcoming visitors to the festival axis, are nearing completion. It is expected that in June, the A1 high-rise apartment building will be handed over, welcoming its first owners.

Project items are changing daily. Long Kieu Bridge, Kim Long Bridge, Vuong Phuc Gallery, Trom Doi Tam Square… are gradually taking shape, offering recreational spaces and landscapes with a strong local cultural character.

Green spaces around the project are also emerging, highlighting the developer’s commitment to both construction and landscaping. The shrubs and flowers along the roads, along King Le Canal, or around Sun World water park… are all meticulously cared for.

Greenery and flowers are gradually covering the area, realizing Sun Group’s determination to make Sun Urban City an ecological resort city with multiple amenities in southern Hanoi.

These days, the construction site also has workers and cleaners cleaning the roads, keeping the internal roads clean and airy. Accordingly, future residents or customers visiting the project will have a more positive feeling towards the urban area’s appearance. This also aligns with the developer’s “human-centric” philosophy that prioritizes human experience.

“With the goal of establishing Sun Urban City as a resort town, an ideal place to live and relax, from the construction phase, we want customers to see the meticulous care and attention to detail, from the quality of the construction to the way the environment and landscape are maintained”, the project management representative emphasized.

The investor said that in a little over a month, Sun Group Ha Nam resort town will unveil new additions. At the end of March, large-scale events and shows will begin to be held at Sun Urban City to kick off the 2025 summer season.
