Lotus blossoms fill the park, the Sun Wheel welcomes guests back, a new series of Samba - Samurai shows along with a buffet serving up to 80 dishes,... are the reasons why tourists are 'having a blast' at Sun World Ha Long this summer.

Returning to the Sky with Sun Wheel - the Best View of Ha Long Bay

After a period of time, the Sun Wheel - an iconic landmark featured in countless photos of Ha Long residents and tourists - has officially resumed operations from June 20th. The Sun Wheel is one of the reasons why many tourists decide to spend time at Sun Hill. Because this is not just a Ferris wheel, but a rare "aerial viewing station" of the coastal city.

Each cabin takes you to a height of 215m, offering a panoramic view of the poetic bay. Many couples choose this as the most romantic sunset viewing spot in Ha Long, while many families or groups of friends see the Sun Wheel as an emotional "reset point," quietly admiring nature together, capturing memorable summer photos, and realizing why people say: "Coming to Ha Long but not riding the Sun Wheel is like not completing the journey."

Lotus Lake - a "peaceful moment" in the Dragon Park

If you visit Dragon Park at Sun World Ha Long these days, amidst the exciting exploration with a series of thrilling games, you may unexpectedly encounter a very different corner: An Nhien Lotus Lake is in full bloom next to the Death Spin and the Pottery Village - a fascinating contrast to the usual atmosphere of Dragon Park.

Lotus Lake in full bloom at Sun World Ha Long

In June and July, amidst the characteristic hot summer sun of Northern Vietnam, is when the lotus enters its most beautiful season. The soft pink and pure white of the lotus blossoms amidst the lush green leaves, casting shadows on the water's surface, making the summer scenery seem gentler and cooler.

An Nhien lotus lake not only creates a scenic highlight but also serves as an ideal spot for visitors to stop and breathe in its gentle fragrance. Tourists – especially young people or those who may wish to don an ao dai or ao yem – can capture poetic summer photos here.

New Show Series

Starting in June, the resort officially launched a new daily show series: Samba Show and Samurai Rescue – promising to "heat up" the summer with a vibrant, captivating atmosphere like international street festivals.

Vibrant Samba Dance

Inspired by Brazilian street festival culture, the Samba Show is a vibrant mini-show series featuring Samba, Street Dance, and fairy tale dances performed by international artists. More than just dance performances, each act is a colorful, musical, and energetic spectacle, embodying the true spirit of "Carnival." The mini-shows take place at 3 PM in the Water Park and 4 PM in the Dragon Park, immersing visitors in a vibrant, fresh atmosphere as if strolling through a "mini-Rio" in the heart of Ha Long.

Visitors immerse themselves in Japanese culture in the Samurai Rescue show

Meanwhile, the Samurai Rescue show at the Sunflower Theater – Sun Hill takes viewers into an East Asian-themed story. With performances at 10:30 AM and 4 PM, the program combines stage art, martial arts, sound, and lighting effects – recreating the battle journey of a righteous samurai. This is an ideal stop for those who love Japanese culture and want relaxing moments with a fairytale feel amidst the vibrant entertainment schedule.

Dragon Land Buffet – Ideal "Energy Station"

After having "burned yourself out" with the games and vibrant art performances, don't forget to recharge your energy at buffet Xu Ri – located right inside the Dragon Park.

Buffet serving up to 80 diverse dishes to tourists

From 11am to 2pm daily, diners can enjoy nearly 80 attractive dishes, ranging from appetizers and salads to hot dishes with a "strong summer flavor" such as Korean-style grilled chicken, BBQ beef, imitation stewed pig's trotters, snails cooked with sesame seeds..., alongside a fresh seafood counter and colorful desserts. Not only delicious, the buffet area is designed to be spacious, comfortable, and suitable for groups of friends and families to rest after their exploration journey.

Especially, Sun World Ha Long is offering discounts on all-inclusive combo tickets with a buffet, starting from VND 400,000 for the Dragon Park combo, or VND 600,000 – 700,000 for packages combining 2-3 parks with a buffet – helping tourists save costs while still enjoying all the amenities from entertainment to culinary experiences.

Summer is already vibrant, now even more complete when you can "eat, play, and forget your way home" at Sun World Ha Long – where every experience is carefully curated so that tourists not only entertain themselves and enjoy the cuisine but also truly enjoy every moment of summer.
