From December 20, 2024, the low-cost airline Scoot will expand its direct flights, connecting the lion city of Singapore and the island paradise of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. With a frequency of 3 round trips per week, the project will bring opportunities to explore this beautiful island for tourists, according to the daily newspaper The Strait Times.
The direct Singapore - Phu Quoc flight is operated with high frequency, meeting the travel needs of tourists. Flights depart from Singapore at 12:35 pm and arrive in Phu Quoc at 1:20 pm. The return flight departs from Phu Quoc at 1:55 pm and arrives in Singapore at 4:50 pm (local time).
From January 2025, Scoot will increase the number of flights for the direct Singapore – Phu Quoc route to 5 round trips/week.

Starting November 11, 2024, tourists can book flights directly from Singapore to Phu Quoc with preferential prices from only 135 USD/one-way economy class. “We hope that the direct Singapore - Phu Quoc flight will inspire more tourists to explore the diverse experiences offered by the airline’s new destinations. We will continue to seek opportunities and expand our network to connect our customers with new travel experiences,” Leslie Thng, Scoot’s chief executive officer, shared with The Strait Times.
