Ba Den Mountain, standing majestically in the plains on the outskirts of Tay Ninh, a place known as the "roof of the South", is a convergence point of spiritual energy and a place where many Buddhists in the South place their faith.
5am - 6am: Cloud hunting at Ba Den Mountain.
Ba Den Mountain attracts many visitors, especially young people, thanks to rare cloud phenomena such as lenticular clouds, iridescent clouds, and seas of clouds. The rainy season in Tay Ninh is the ideal time for cloud hunting, as the clouds are even more beautiful after heavy rains. From afar, the mountaintop looks like it's wearing a giant cloud hat, creating a breathtaking and magical scene.

6am-7am: Take the cable car to the Ba Temple area
From the cable car station, there are two routes: one to Ba Temple and one to the summit. If you haven't yet made a pilgrimage to Ba Temple, you should take the cable car there first, then continue to the summit. The Ba Temple area has 5 places of worship for Linh Son Thanh Mau Bodhisattva, an important spiritual symbol of the South, where people pray for health, wealth, and good fortune.

An important place of worship here is Linh Son Tien Thach Tu, the oldest temple on Ba Den Mountain, with a history of 300 years. In front of the temple is a statue of the Bodhisattva Quan Am, holding a vase of cam lo water. Next to the temple is the Dien Ba, built on a rock cave roof, worshipping the black-faced Linh Son Thanh Mau. In front of the temple is also a large bronze bell, where many people sit to meditate, listen to the bell ringing, and pray in a quiet atmosphere.

10 AM: Take the cable car to the top of the mountain and visit the statue of the Goddess of the West, Tay Bo Da Son
From Ba Temple, it only takes 5 minutes by cable car to the top of the mountain. Here, the bronze statue of the Goddess of the West, Tay Bo Da Son Mountain, the tallest in Asia, appears majestically amidst the clouds. The statue has a gentle face, its left hand holding a vase of cam lo (a type of nectar) bestowing blessings, its right hand in the Giao Hoa seal, a symbol of protection for all beings.
From the vast square, visitors can gaze out at the panoramic view of the fertile plains hidden amidst the sea of clouds. From here, visitors will be lost in the peaceful Buddhist land with a meditative atmosphere and paths overflowing with flowers blooming throughout the four seasons.
12 PM: Experience diverse culinary delights at the top of Ba Den Mountain.
At the top of Ba Den Mountain, there are many attractive culinary options, from pho, banh mi, sausages to pizza, chicken rice, allowing you to enjoy while admiring the clouds and the flower paradise.
Especially, Ba Den ice cream with unique shapes such as the cable car station, the 986m milestone, or lotus flowers, has a fragrant and refreshing flavor like glutinous rice, passion fruit, chocolate, and strawberry. 2 PM: Explore the Buddhist exhibition at the top of Ba Den Mountain.

At the foot of the statue of the Goddess of the West, Tay Bo Da Son Mountain, at the top of Ba Den Mountain is a 4-story Buddhist exhibition center. The 1st floor features a 3D mapping film about the formation of the universe from a Buddhist perspective, projected onto a 20-meter dome screen. The 2nd floor displays models of 16 famous pagodas using 3D hologram technology and displays the Wheel of Dharma Sutra pillar. The 3rd floor displays simulated Buddhist artworks, including Buddha statues from India, Tibet, China, Thailand, and Japan. The 4th floor houses the relics of Buddha Sakyamuni, donated to Vietnam in 2014. Underground, the lecture hall has 5 black granite sutra pillars, engraved with the Prajnaparamita Sutra in gold letters, with the largest sutra pillar being 19.8m high.
5 PM: Participate in the lantern offering ceremony at the top of Ba Den Mountain.
Offering lanterns is a characteristic spiritual cultural ritual at the top of Ba Den Mountain, held every Saturday evening. From 4-5 pm, thousands of visitors gather in the square at the foot of the statue of the Goddess of the West, Tay Bo Da Son Mountain, receive free lanterns and write their wishes. The lantern offering ceremony takes place when it gets dark, visitors line up under the glittering light of the lanterns, together praying for peace and good luck.
8 PM: Watch the water music show in the area of the Maitreya Bodhisattva statue
After the lantern offering ceremony, visitors move down to the Maitreya Bodhisattva statue to watch the water music show with modern technology and 1,450 lights. The show, featuring the world's largest sandstone Maitreya Bodhisattva statue, is imbued with a meditative atmosphere, ending the exploration of Ba Den Mountain with a peaceful and relaxed feeling.
