In the moment the fireworks simultaneously burst into the night sky, the entire area along the bay was covered in a brilliant layer of light. Multi-layered bursts of fireworks continuously bloomed, reflecting onto the water's surface, creating the characteristic shimmering picture of a Ha Long night.
