1.1. 位置与概览

三胜广场（Quang Truong Tam Thang）坐落于后海滩（Bai Sau）——头顿最著名的海滩之一，直接毗邻垂云路（Duong Thuy Van），无论是当地居民还是游客前来参观都十分便利。广场占地面积广阔，超过16,700平方米，提供了一个宽敞开放的空间，供人们散步、放松、参与户外活动或举办社区活动。广场巧妙的设计连接了大海、街道和周边区域，同时提供了头顿（Vung Tau）的标志性景点——后海滩（Bai Sau）的广阔视野。

Không chỉ là một công trình công cộng, Thiết kế Quảng trường Tam Thắng còn là biểu tượng kiến trúc hiện đại của thành phố biển Vung Tau. Trung tâm quảng trường là Tháp Tam Thắng, lấy cảm hứng từ ba làng cổ Thắng Nhất, Thắng Nhì và Thắng Tam, tượng trưng cho khát vọng vươn ra biển lớn và phát triển bền vững của địa phương. Quảng trường nhanh chóng trở thành điểm check-in nổi tiếng, thu hút du khách mọi lứa tuổi, đồng thời phục vụ như một không gian cộng đồng cho các lễ hội, sự kiện văn hóa và các hoạt động giải trí ngoài trời. Nhờ vào Thiết kế Quảng trường Tam Thắng , nơi đây không chỉ là điểm đến du lịch mà còn là dấu ấn kiến trúc – văn hóa hiện đại của Vung Tau.

2. Quá trình hình thành dự án

Quảng trường Tam Thắng được khởi động vào cuối năm 2024, nằm trong kế hoạch chỉnh trang khu vực ven biển Bãi Sau, một trong những địa điểm du lịch và vui chơi sôi động nhất Vung Tau. Dự án được xem là một trong những công trình trọng điểm nhằm nâng tầm cảnh quan đô thị biển và tạo dấu ấn kiến trúc hiện đại cho thành phố.

Tiến độ thi công của dự án diễn ra rất thần tốc. Chỉ trong vòng 75 ngày kể từ khi đóng cọc, các trụ bê tông cốt thép của Tháp Tam Thắng đã hoàn thiện, bao gồm 143 trụ, tạo nên hình khối độc đáo, vừa vững chãi, vừa mềm mại. Việc hoàn thành đúng tiến độ đã giúp dự án kịp đưa vào sử dụng dịp lễ Quốc khánh 2/9/2025, thu hút sự chú ý của người dân, du khách và giới kiến trúc.

The entire Tam Thang Square project has a total area of approximately 23,400 m², including:

Main Square: an open space with tiered steps, granite paving, spacious enough for strolling, relaxing, and outdoor events.

Tam Thang Tower: the central architectural highlight, 34 m high, consisting of three main columns symbolizing the three ancient villages, surrounded by auxiliary pillars, all clad in mosaic and decorated with lighting to create nighttime effects.

Ancillary Area: green trees, a fountain, a performance stage, LED lighting system, resting areas, and check-in spaces for visitors.

The design of Tam Thang Square emphasizes spatial connectivity: from Thuy Van street to the sea, from the square to the walkways, and from the check-in area to Tam Thang Tower. Thanks to the uniformity in construction, from paving stones, landscaping, LED lights to the completion of the outdoor stage, the square is ready to serve residents and visitors immediately after completion.

3. Design Concept of Tam Thang Square

3.1. Cultural & Historical Symbol

The design of Tam Thang Square is not just a modern architectural work but also a cultural and historical symbol of Vung Tau. The center of the square is Tam Thang Tower, constructed from 143 reinforced concrete pillars, ranging from 4.55 m to over 34.25 m in height, arranged in increasing elevations towards the sea. The overall tower is inspired by the image of three boat prows soaring high in the vast space, recalling the historical story of the three villages Thang Nhat, Thang Nhi, and Thang Tam, areas associated with the mission of defending the sea since the time of King Gia Long.

Each pillar symbolizes the three ancient villages and evokes the image of warriors on the Tam Thang boat, standing proudly against storms, affirming the resilient and indomitable spirit of the historical land. The tower's design is therefore both symbolic and tells a vivid historical story, helping the square become a new identity mark for Vung Tau.

3.2. Modern Public Space

Besides its symbolic value, the Tam Thang Square Design also aims for a modern, flexible public space that interacts with nature. The square is paved with non-slip granite, combined with steps leading down to Bai Sau beach, providing maximum convenience for tourists, from strolling, taking photos to participating in outdoor activities.

The visual effect of the Tam Thang tower is enhanced by its mosaic tile cladding, reflecting natural light during the day and LED lights at night. When night falls, the colorful LED lighting system transforms the tower into a "forest of light", creating a magical artistic space, while also highlighting the shapes of the pillars of different sizes, heights, creating a vivid visual effect. Each mosaic tile is meticulously crafted to ensure maximum precision and absolute lighting effect.

The open space of the square is also reasonably arranged with green trees, resting benches, an outdoor stage, and a fountain, making it easy to organize festivals, art performances, and cultural-entertainment events. The Tam Thắng Square design is therefore both a prominent check-in spot and a community activity center, offering multi-dimensional experiences for residents and tourists, while harmonizing with the landscape of Bãi Sau beach.

3.3. Architect Oliviero Godi and the international design team

The Tam Thắng Square project was designed by Master Architect Oliviero Godi from Italy, a young talent in European architecture, along with a team of experienced international experts. His design proposal was selected through a design competition for the Tam Thắng Square design sponsored by Sun Group, with the goal of creating a work that possesses both historical-cultural symbolic value, is modern, and harmonizes with the landscape of Bãi Sau beach.

The city's architectural council highly appreciated this proposal, emphasizing its ability to combine local cultural elements with modern architectural style, helping Tam Thắng Tower become a new identity mark for Vũng Tàu. At the same time, Sun Group was also approved as the construction sponsor, ensuring the project is built with high quality, precise techniques, and rapid progress, contributing to enhancing the value of the coastal urban area and attracting tourism for the coastal city of Vũng Tàu.

4. Outstanding Architectural Categories

4.1. Tam Thắng Tower

Tam Thắng Tower is the central highlight of the square, standing from 10m to 34.25m high, consisting of 143 reinforced concrete pillars arranged in gradually increasing elevations facing the sea.

塔身表面铺设了马赛克瓷砖，并结合了多色LED灯系统，在夜晚营造出闪闪发光的光效，如同一个生动的“光之森林”。凭借精细的设计和精确到0.5厘米的施工技术，三胜塔成为头顿市独特的建筑和艺术象征，吸引游客前来打卡和欣赏。

4.2. 广场与步道

广场宽敞，铺设防滑花岗岩，并结合了通往大海的台阶，为游客创造了步行、海边漫步和放松的空间。三胜广场设计旨在实现三胜塔 – 广场 – 后滩之间的顺畅连接，方便当地居民和游客出行，享受海滨风光。

在超过17,000平方米的完工面积上，广场还集成了5,800平方米的水幕音乐喷泉舞台和分级舞台，用于举办大型活动和节日庆典。约665平方米的浅水喷泉系统沿道路区域布置，营造出生动多彩的空间，提升了参观者的体验价值。

4.3. 观景点

广场的一项特色项目是“观景角”，比广场地面高约3.6米，可俯瞰后滩、大海以及整个头顿海滨城市的壮丽全景。这里是理想的打卡点，同时也是观赏日落和拍摄网红照片的绝佳位置。

观景角下方是近450平方米的半地下空间，设有咖啡馆、餐饮区和拍照打卡角等便利设施，为游客提供从放松、娱乐到观光的多样化体验。这种设计使广场成为后滩区域一个多功能的娱乐 – 文化 – 旅游中心。

4.4. 公共设施与活动区域

广场配备了许多现代化的公共设施：

户外舞台：用于节日庆典、艺术表演和水幕音乐喷泉。

浅水喷泉和艺术喷泉：营造生动效果，结合灯光和音响，提升游客体验。

儿童游乐区和休息座椅：服务于家庭到朋友团体等不同人群。

LED照明系统：确保夜间安全和艺术效果，彰显塔楼和整个广场的建筑之美。

通过三胜塔、广场、步道、观景角和公共设施的和谐结合，三胜广场设计成为一个多功能工程，既是建筑的象征，也是现代化的社区空间，满足旅游、娱乐、文化需求，并为头顿海滨城市注入新的吸引力。
