1. Introduction to Tri Hue Cung
Located in the holy land of Tay Ninh, Tri Hue Cung – also known as Thien Hy Dong – appears solemnly as an ancient hermitage bearing the strong imprint of the Cao Dai religion. The structure is located in Truong Hoa commune, Hoa Thanh town, Tay Ninh province, about 7 km from Tay Ninh Holy See. This is a place of practice exclusively for the female followers of the Cao Dai religion, under the management of the Holy See.

Construction of Tri Hue Cung was initiated by Duc Pham Ho Phap in late 1947 and completed in January 1951. Immediately after the inauguration ceremony, He was the first to enter the sanctuary, praying for three months to commence the spiritual journey in this sacred place.
Over many years, the meditation house has not only been a place for spiritual cultivation but has also become a symbol of the female sect of the Cao Dai religion, embodying the philosophy of harmony between yin and yang, and between faith and humanity. Inside the structure, many precious relics of Duc Pham Ho Phap are preserved, such as his bed, wardrobe, pictures, and everyday items, creating special historical value.

From Tay Ninh center, visitors can reach Tri Hue Cung via familiar routes such as Huynh Tan Phat street or 30/4 street. The distance is about 14 km, with travel time ranging from 20–25 minutes depending on the vehicle. This route is quite easy to find, suitable even for those visiting the holy land of the Cao Dai religion for the first time.

3.1 Structure and Yin-Yang Symbolism
Tri Hue Cung is built on a spacious plot of land with a square fence surrounding it, creating a balanced and solemn overall appearance. The main building is 12 m high, with 3 floors, designed in a cubic form, symbolizing "yin" in the philosophy of the Cao Dai religion.
In the center of the interior space is a three-tiered pillar reaching straight to the roof, symbolizing "yang", carrying the meaning "one pillar supporting the sky". This unique architecture clearly expresses the philosophy of "round heaven and square earth", while also giving the structure sturdiness and harmony.

Entering the meditation hall, visitors can easily feel the peacefulness of the space covered by warm yellow and the green of surrounding trees. Each floor is arranged with its own function:
Ground floor: where devotees perform rituals, practice their faith, and pray daily.
Upper floor: the space for worshipping Duc Chi Ton and displays many memorabilia associated with Duc Pham Ho Phap such as a bed, wardrobe, pictures, or items that accompanied Him during His religious practice.
The harmonious combination of natural light, ancient yellow tones, and a tranquil layout creates a gentle feeling, helping visitors easily find peace of mind when visiting.
3.3 Gates and couplets carrying the meaning of religious study

The meditation chamber has large gates on all four sides, with a sign above reading “Thien Hy Dong”. On either side of the gate pillars are couplets carrying profound implications about the path of spiritual practice:
“Wisdom stabilizes Heavenly goodness, returning to the original root; Intelligence permeates the Dharma, saving all sentient beings.”
The words are simple yet profound, reminding practitioners to always strive for clear wisdom and open compassion.

4.1 Conditions for Practice
Tri Hue Cung is a meditation chamber exclusively for female followers of the Cao Dai religion, where only those who fulfill the Tam Lap can practice:
Lập công: Doing good deeds, contributing to society.
Lập đức: Self-cultivation according to the religion's teachings.
Lập ngôn: Speaking sincerely, conveying the Way's principles.
Here, all are considered fellow practitioners, with no distinction in rank, position, or title. The goal is pure and tranquil cultivation, finding inner balance, and practicing the Way according to the teachings of Duc Chi Ton.
4.2 Daily Rituals
Each day, the meditation chamber hosts the four-daily offerings ceremony with solemn Cao Dai prayers. The ritual does not use incense or candles; all are replaced by the silence and sincerity of the practitioners.
Upon hearing the bell signal (tieng chuong bao hieu), regardless of their location within the premises, all followers must stand up, perform the Ty mudra, and face the meditation chamber in remembrance. This regulation demonstrates absolute solemnity and reverence for the faith they follow.
