The craft beer restaurant is designed based on the fictional story of a German captain who came to Sunset Town from the previous century. Loving the land, he and his wife decided to settle here, bringing with them the traditional beer-making craft and creating the most attractive beers on the island. Over time, only the time-worn walls of the captain's craft brewery remained.
In the 21st century, an installation artist came here, learned about the ruins, and decided to rebuild the beer restaurant from the remaining walls and expand it with modern architecture. Marrying a fisherwoman, the artist brought traditional coastal activities into the restaurant through the artworks displayed here. The architecture of the craft beer restaurant is therefore like a connection between the past and the present, between tradition and modernity.
